  • When shipping your repairs, please include a packing slip that contains a purchase order if applicable, or a reference number, your company name, contact person, and phone number.

  • The reference number can help you identify problem trends at your site. A report can be produced from our location, detailing the repairs that have been sent in during a time period, and your reference numbers grouped together for failure history.

  • Include any special handling instructions.

  • List every item to be repaired. Include a complete description and history of the unit with information, such as: intermittent problem, if the unit is located in an excessive thermal or vibration environment. A product information sheet can be supplied to you that will detail the critical information that helps ensure the specific units problem is addressed.
